Customer service sucks. They called me and said I owe them $450 from two years ago when I closed my account but could not tell me why. They threatened to send my account to a collection agency. It took 6 weeks for an answer between call backs and no call backs and people passing the buck around. Recently had two appointments for maintence of furnace. Took the days off and both times were no shows.

I'm glad Zellers has gone under. Their customer service went right downhill after they started liquidating. It's like they didn't care anymore and only had one cashier for a huge lineup. Unacceptable

Two yrs ago bought a house. Pillar to Post came and everything passed their inspection. Just sold house, nothing changed or was altered, cost us $10000 to change wiring that was a fire hazard, and much much more. Lucky we didn't die while living there because of a crap job.
