Reliable Home Comfort isn't like that--from the moment you sit down with Dave his passion for his work is obvious. He'll listen to exactly what you want, explain to you in detail why he recommends a particular solution, and go into as much technical detail as you're comfortable with. Jamie and his crew did my install, and they are professionals in every sense. They arrived on time, were respectful of my home and family, and went above the call of duty to finish the job. If you choose to have RHC handle your job, you won't be disappointed.

I had a small job, just replacing 30' of eavestrough along the front of the house, along one side of the garage and a downspout. Ray and his crew arrived when they said they would, did the job quickly, and it looks great. I'll be giving them a call in the spring to finish the rest of the house.

My experience with Spring Man is very consistent with what Kimberly from Hamilton has described. The work was sloppy. I now have driveway sealant spray on my white garage door, and sealant overspray on concrete patio stones near the driveway. As well, the coverage of the driveway is poor--there are many places were you can see unsealed areas. In addition to the poor workmanship, communication is an issue. Both times the company called my home to contact us it was after 10pm at night, which I feel is unprofessional and plain bad etiquette. 2 days ago I called the company let them know I was disappointed with the quality of their work. I have yet to hear back from them. This company is strictly amateur hour. Stay away.
