I called Spring Homes to repair my furnace because I had used them before fo install an air conditioner and they did an excellent job. This time they dissappointed me. My furnace stopped working on a day that was - 14 C. I phoned Spring Home and they sent out the technician Ali and he arrived 1.5 hours after I called. This was good. He spent approximately 30 minutes diagnosing the problem and determined it was a faulty igniter. He did not have the appropriate replacement igniter with him so he told me that he would come back later that day and fix the problem. This was unaceptable to me. He should have gone back to the office, picked up the part and come back to fix my problem immediately. Not leaving me to sit in a cold house for another 4 hours. He eventually came back 4 hours later. This is very poor customer service. My other concern was that he made me pay for the first visit even though nothing had been fixed. He should have only billed me when the job was completed. Having two bills for one problem is ridiculours.

I received 5 quotes for the purchase and installation of an american standard air conditioner. Spring Home Heating's price was competive and Cy did a great job of explaining the work that would be done. The installation team arrived on time and did an excellent job installing the a/c. They explained the work that they did and did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed. I highly recommend Spring home heating.
