Need our ducts cleaned - searched homestars for the best rating and Green and Spotless were in the top 2 - based on rating and details in reviews. I asked for a quote and Devon responded with in minutes. The price and timing was great so I booked. I ran into issue with keeping the date - Devon re-arranged for me without any negative discourse. I don't have anything negative to say about the experience I had with Home Improvement People. Selection stage easy - compared to the other 2 companies we interviewed. Ben was the most knowledgeable & experienced in Bathroom + other renovations . The price was competitive and considering the end result well worth it based on the quality & professionalism received. The Kris and the crew were amazing! Prompt (if they said their we coming at a certain time they were there) Responsive & Knowledgeable (We had several questions regarding the set up to support or aging mother which Kris answered quickly) Professional ( very respectful - no coarse language or arguments between workers, non-smoking) and the Workmanship is excellent . I will definitely reach out to HIP for future work and recommend them to family and friends.

Extremely pleased with the work Milton did on our furniture on our early 70's provincial furntiure. They have a whole new life. The furniture looks amazing the pictures do not do the work justice! Milton was able to add additional cushions we needed with adding very little extra. I will definitely use Milton in the future and I already have recommended him to my friends and my sister is going to use him. Thank you Milton!

We interviewed a few stucco contractors found on Homestars and a referral from a friend and we found Cuma proved to be most professional, informative and responsive. Despite our house being small in comparison to the big jobs Cuma usually performs his treatment of us was stellar. We did not know much about the technical aspects of the stucco process so Cuma took the time to explain the details to us to ensure we were comfortable. We are very detailed oriented so there were several sessions to answer the various questions we thought of. Furthermore, Cuma provided previous clients that we could contact and actually visit so we were able to validate his claims by objective third parties. Cuma's team was hard working and professional we had several comments from the neighbours about how impressed they were by the team's workmanship and how tidy they left the property. The house looks great and fits into the surrounding neighborhood. I specifically delayed writing my review months after the job was to complete so I could comment on post project experience. We only had one small incident where we noticed that a little caulking was missed from around the fence. I contacted Cuma who returned my call within the day and had someone out to fix the issue within a few days. Also this year we did not have to turn on the heat as early as normal and actually the furnace does not kick in as much as it used to because the house is so much warmer. We are very impressed with Cuma the person and his work - he has integrity, he is kind and considerate. We will gladly do business with him in the future. Many thanks Cuma and team!

Awesome job. The floor was previously refinished by a general contractor who did not sand / stain the floor correctly. We were told our floor could not be refinished again however Francisco restored like the floor was brand new. Team was very punctual, contained the dust and left our home very clean. I will use again in the future.
