I got a problem opening the garage door when one of the cables (on the sides) snapped. I called Sahar on Friday and he showed up on Saturday afternoon. The problem was that the part holding cables became rusty and Sahar after inspection quickly identified it and found also some others. He replaced both cables and also brackets and some wheels. Even though the additional work had been done and more parts were used it did not cost me an arm and leg. Work was done professionally and fast. And since then everything works just fine.
