Extremely disappointing! This team said all the right things during our initial consult to land the job then delivered a poorly integrated, dated, cheap, staging that did not reflect the style of our home. The carpets were cheap and looked stained, the bedside tables were too big and blocked a new built-in closet. Bedrooms were meant to cue a contemporary and fun family home and they delivered generic hotel-style bedding and hideous pillows that did the opposite of elevating the house, it cheapened it. We lost confidence in their ability to deliver what they promised as the team was defensive and not receptive to feedback. They also took our money and have refused any refund. This team will overpromise and underdeliver. BE WARNED: DO NOT USE, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We used Coady and the Brushwerks team to paint our house in preparation to sell. They were fabulous, meticulous and committed to their work and worked hard to completion. They were also incredibly helpful and did some small fixes around the house that no one else would do. Pricing was competitive and transparent. I would highly recommend them!

The Stucco Master team are perfectionists! They started on time, and work hard until the job was done. They took great initiative (fixing ceilings and walls that we hadn't initially discussed) - and are they are all flat white and beautiful. They are a professional, respectful and diligent team, whom I would highly recommend. They are well connected to other trades, we used an electrician they recommended, who was efficient, on time and budget. Stucco Master also worked hand in hand with a carpenter who was onsite doing work on our stairs. The Stucco Master team willingly come back to do some minor fixes after the job was completed, which is a testament to their work ethic and high client satisfaction standards. Removing a popcorn ceiling and the painting that follows is a very dusty, dirty job, but the finished product completed by the Stucco Master team is spectacular!

Hello Bronwyn
Thank you so much for that great review. I am happy we got your job done within your timeline and we will gladly do some additional work on our end to ensure the quality is at its best. Your living room ceillings had lines going though it from fiber glass tape being used, unfortunately a skim coate and a paint job will not fix the problem. We decided to re tape your living room ceilling and the end product was beautiful. You sold us on white throughout specially after we painted your brick walls. And ofcourse as always the ceillings are immaculate. You have done a great job managing and designing your renovation, thank you for the hospitality.

I met with a lot of companies before signing on with Tall Basements to underpin and damp proof our house. I chose them because they are innovators in the industry. The forms and methods they use maximize the space (the new foundation is flush with the old wall) so you get every inch of possible space. They included insulation and piping for in floor heating in their scope of work AND they guaranteed the work for the life of the house. What we didn't know was how lucky we were to have them work on our house! We got a super respectful team and given how mucky the work is, an incredibly tidy crew. The site supervisor made sure our neighbours were happy, optimized bin pick up and removal so they could be working every day and kept the project on track. Kevin was on the ground for inspections and always available by text and phone. Kevin had great recommendations on how to lay out the living space, where to put the laundry room, bathroom and furnace room, all of which were on point. Any people Tall Basements recommended (HVAC) were excellent - and everyone stands by their work. TB was on budget and absolutely fair about any change requests we made. We LOVE the space we've gained by the space Tall Basements helped create for us and would not trust anyone else but this team to do this type of work! Would highly recommend them and if I do ever underpin again, would call them first.

Jim and his crew did a fantastic job tuck pointing the pillars on the front of our house. He provided a great recommend in the new grout colour, was conscious of my costs and happy to use bricks I supplied, and coordinated with another team I had onsite to do the best job. Reach restoration would be the first on my list to call for restoration or tuck pointing work and I would have absolute trust in them on a bigger project. I would highly recommend reach restoration!

Bronwyn and I corresponded by email for almost a full year while her interior renovation moved forward from the planning phase to the point she was ready for the exterior work. When we finally did meet face to face on site I felt I had got to know her as personally as our repeat clients.

DO NOT USE 360 DUCT. I bought a groupon for 360 Duct to clean my ducts and dryer vent. I learned after the service call that they sent a technician who was in training, who then up sold me on furnace maintenance and proceeded to do the work although he was not familiar with my furnace. He left without ensuring it was on, and 6 days later, it continues to leak water on the floor. Their team make false commitments about when they will be here to fix it - and still have yet to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. Company supervisor is David, secretary is Rachel.
