It all started at the front desk. Karina was the gal that got the ball in motion with booking the date and time and was very pleasant to work with. She reassured me that I would be well taken care of - and I was - thank you! Then Kim and Colby pulled it all together for me: 1) friendly and easy to communicate with 2) clean in appearance 3) extremely efficient -packed up all that I have in one load 4) respectful of my furniture and property and at the end of the day everything was on time and on budget (for me) and that took a load off my shoulders.
