Raiden is super responsive and transparent throughout the booking process. His team arrived on time as promised and worked the fullday for both the hotwater tank and aircon install and was meticulous. I gave a 9 instead of 10 because of the delay between booking and instal date but Raiden was very transparent and explain that one of the crew member had an injury. The aircon replacement was complicated as it was on rooftop and a crane was needed to lift with crew separately accessing rooftop, which require experienced person. We are glad we waited. They also removed and will return the old rental water tank within 14 days for us. Thanksfor the great job!

Amazing service, extremely knowledgeable and great problem solver. Adrian installed internet connection access points for us. We have had very slow internet connection and had Bell came a few times but could never solve the fundamental problem that wifi signal is very weak on higher floors due to concrete between floors. Adrian suggested a higher end product, after which he dilligently and patiently testing the system to make sure it works properly, he answered all our questions. We highly recommend his service ! And will definitely go to him for all other technical needs in the future !

Very professional. Reasonable, we have 3 light fixtures to install, pot lights were out and we are very happy that the issue can be resolved and fixed without having to open the ceiling, able to resolve all small requests like why the chandelier bulb does not work, etc. Really appreciated the professional work done.

Very professional, quick to respond when i left message to inquire in Sep, Serge came and he gave us a few color samples to choose from and explained the process to us. my husband and i felt instantly comfortable with him. Serge and his team worked for 2 days in a roll on our house, we were both busy and did not have much chance to follow up, but by the time we came home everything was already done. Our eaves-through was severely clogged and the pool of water that was left around the house naturally was cured with proper drainage after the installation. Serge also suggested to us to remove one of the downspouts ( right in the middle of the house) so that we have a smooth horizontal eaves-through running across the back of the house. Overall, our house had an esthetically updated look with the new color outlining the bottom of the roofline as well as having the downspout running away from the house proportionately from both sides. Serge also reminded us that our roof may need to be replaced soon and on top of that, he also throw in an extra work free of charge by securing our basement window and seal the gaps with foam, so it will be air tight. All in all, it was a very positive, no hassle experience. I would highly recommend Serge and his team !
