If you need a great, good and honest hanydyman, Larry is the guy you need! He did our bathroom tile replacement and turned out great! We had sewer backup issues in our basement drain last April. Called Valentin to remove the clog but he warned me that there is an issue with sewer pipe insert that was installed by the contractor who did our basement bathroom and the only way to fix it is to change the pipe insert. I didn't want to destroy the basement bathroom and took my chances to leave it alone. After a month, the backup issue happened again and called Valentin to remove the clog. Again same issue and at that point I decided to have the sewer line fixed. We want to have a peace of mind and not worry about our basement being flooded again. Ww called Valentin to do the repair and we were impressed by their services. Everything from protecting the house and cleaneup. When you have plumbing issues, call Valentin - Strong Plumbing and you won't be disappointed. Valentin even added a kitchen access drain as an extra which wasn't part of the job. Our previous backyard was falling apart and Edgar made it functional again with a modern touch. He recommended very good options on how the project will turn out perfect at a reasonable cost. UPDATE - May 15, 2019 Finally the backyard is completed and Edgar fulfilled what he had promised! I've even added a new project for him for my driveway extension and front landscaping. Brian came in to check my AC issue and found out that my AC needs to be replaced since it is not working properly. He gave me a proposal which is very competitive and reasonable. A week later they arrive to install the new AC and they were very clean and organized. So far the AC works fine and hoping it will beat the upcoming heat of the summer. Thanks again!

I had some cooling issues in tje house. Fred came and had no idea that I have a high velocity system which I wasn't aware that they do work on this type of system. Fred still tried to load up the gas of the AC unit to try to better the system. Unfortunately, nothing happend and just recommended to have a different contractor look at my system. He didn't charge me anything. Very honest guy and wish I was able to close a deal with this company. Thanks again Fred.

David and Daniel did a fantastic job on my driveway! Communication from start to finish is excellent. I'm really confident that they stand by their workmanship and product and never worry about leaving me behind. I've never dealt with a company like this before who cares a lot for their clients and treat them respectfully like family. Justin and Josh were very helpful in my driveway extension and backyard project. They provided quality labour and materials to fit in my budget and able to finish my project as planned. Will post pics soon as soon as the weather gets warm. EDIT: After 3 years, all stones are falling apart and everything is un-levelled. Backyard interlocking is messed up and we haven't use it that much. My driveway extension is un-levelled as well. Tried contacting the company and looks like they are closed down since I don't get any response from them.

Last year we decided to replace the entire roof of our newly bought townhouse. The company we went to was good on the first time, communication was fine etc.. this year we noticed that the leak in our baby room is still there and we were hoping that it was permanently fixed since we had a brand new roof. I was trying to call the roofing company several times to claim the warranty but unfortunately, we can't contact them anymore...we gave up already and decided to call a different company who will "honestly" help us fix our issue plus a new work to be done (leaf guard and downspout redirection). I browsed through the internet and found TroughWay, I already had a bad impression on companies who price low for a job and might just run a way from us again. so what the heck.. money is tight on us so we decided to go with them.. but hey.. these guys are awesome, they were the cheapest who quoted me for the job and didn't let me down. so far the leak is gone and they did a good job install the leaf guards and the downspout redirection... they even make follow ups months after the job if everything is fine.. honesty, this is the first contractor I've dealt with who does this! I should have seen them before when we replaced our roof!.. thanks to Patrick and Brian or TroughWay
