Our first encounter with Miranda Windows & Doors was with Tony. He is the owner & is a great guy! Tony was very helpful & so friendly! He explained our options & did not push for more expensive doors. He let us make our own decision. We next dealt with Shareen in the office & she was so wonderful! Shareen was so helpful & made every effort to accommodate us whenever possible. We also spoke with Lily, Tony's wife. She was just as lovely to deal with as well. Ivan is their installer & we can't say enough about him!!! He is AWESOME!!! He is So good at his job & very meticulous at everything he does! Ivan is a GEM! He did such a wonderful job with the installation of all of our single doors & the 2 sets of our garden doors. He really cares about his customers & takes great pride in the work he does! He truly wants you to be happy! The quality & workmanship is superb! We're very happy with our doors! Our first contact with Dodds, was with Mike the salesman. He was so friendly & helpful and a really nice guy! Mike is wonderful at his job! He told us that the delivery of our doors could take 6-8wks. It only took 5 weeks! So Awesome! Doors ordered on June 24, 2016 & were installed on Friday July 29'th. We spoke with Angela in the office & she was lovely. Once again ~ she was very friendly & accommodating! Jacob installed our 2 new garage doors & did a superb job! He was excellent & did a wonderful job & cleaned up afterwards! Jacob explained everything & asked if we had any questions. He is a very hard worker & worked all day to get it done properly. We are SO pleased with our doors & the fantastic service we received!!! We highly recommend them. John & Lorna

We appreciated his follow-up call after our first meeting to see if we had any questions or concerns. Tracey & Terry were always very helpful, friendly & accommodating on the phone.
