washer/dryer needed to be repaired.
I had TAS come in and fix my washer to the tune of $500, the first time and the second time another cool $500, when less than a few months later the machine wasn't working I asked to speak to the management to ask if they could send someone over and I wasn't prepared to pay again for the same repairs in less than a year! I spoke with someone name Anne who was awful, she was rude, told me to stop wasting her time and just go out and buy a new one and that nothing is guaranteed, when I asked to speak to the manager she was defensive and rude and then offered up the name. I called management and left a message and still haven't heard anything! I would run from this company! They are disrespectful, rude and will stand behind the work that they do!

- be more approachable to the clients, and have staff that are respectful and offer decent customer service.

- get everything in writing and know that they don't guarantee their work/parts past 3 months!!!
