We had Eric and team work on multiple tree on our backyard. They were getting out of hand and this was the first time we had someone look at them (6+ years). Eric was very informative, explained what was going to be done with each and also recommended a number to items + to keep an eye on some. We were very happy with the service provided by them and would definitely recommend them.

We had hired all surface sealing to seal our driveway which has not been touched for 5-6 years and was in bad condition. Matthew come onsite but had to reschedule as it got cloudy and did not want to risk it. I called Matthew again to see if he could come and luckily he was on a very short notice. The job was done in a timely fashion and comparing our driveway to some of the neighbours, it was a lot clean. Very happy with results, thank you!

I hired Joe and company for a job which included a laundry tub replacement and replacing and painting a window frame (wood was rotten). Laundry tub - it was replaced after 2 hours and the faucet was placed backwards (so the knobs would turn into the wall vs toward you when opening the faucet). I pointed this out to Joe right after the install, he said he would replace the faucet properly which was done after another hour. Window frame and painting - out of 6 panels, only 2 were replaced. The paint job was awful, it was very sloppy as the paint went on the vinyl so much that it can be seen from the ground (2nd floor window). I pointed this out to Joe while it was being painted by his associate and he advised that we should let him finish the job and he will go and fix it. It was never fixed once completed. Joe advised that it can't be scrapped off or the vinyl can't be changed either.... The next day I also noticed paint drops all over the shingles where they painted the frame. Again, the quality of work was just terrible. I have to get another contractor to fix and redo the job.

Antonio the technician was early for the job. I asked him to wait as I had to drop off my daughter at daycare. He was polite. The technician was polite throughout the job and asked permission before doing anything. The place was left clean like before he came in.

We decided to hire J & J movers for our move. We asked the movers to come at 8-9am. No one showed up by 9:30 and when we called the office, we got the voicemail. When someone did call back, they told us the driver would contact us. After an hour, the driver called and advised he was picking up the truck and will come in 1 hour. They didn't show up until 12pm (noon)!!!! The guys were nice and we went ahead with the move. We requested 8 wordrobe boxes (3 were suppose to be free) but the driver/mover had none and had no idea about them. We were told that the office will get in touch with us, they didn't. Once we got to our new place, the movers advised they we need to confirm the payment before they can unload the truck. We called the office and told them that we didn't get any wordrobe boxes and they were 4 hours late plus they were waiting for his call for 30 minutes, we should not be getting charged the whole amount. They said that they will call the driver and work something out. After 20 minutes, we found out that they charged our credit card for the full amount. We were very disappointed, although the guys who did the actual move were decent...their office/management is horrible. I would recommend getting ANY other company for your move. These guys don't treat you as customers. J & J movers truely destroyed our experience of moving into our new home.
