Discovered that we had a clogged kitchen drain late one Thursday evening. I called Drain Rooter around 10pm and Mike arrived the following morning at 7am, which is I believe is earlier than his normal hours, much appreciated. He snaked the pipe and all seemed ok after testing it with hot running water. The following day we discovered that it wasn't fully resolved but wasn't as bad as it was initially. I called back that Saturday morning and Mike responded that he could return the following Monday but would call to confirm availability depending on how his other jobs fared. Monday came around but we didn't receive a call. He did arrive and left his card since we weren't home but it would've been best to call and provide a heads up so we could coordinate better. Called back several times that Monday early evening and finally got a hold of Mike who agreed to arrive early the next morning, which he promptly did. He re-snaked the drain pipe but much deeper and after a week all seems ok. He provided some tips on how to avoid future clogs and general maintenance. Mike is also a beekeeper and purchased a tub of whiteflower honey, which our family really enjoys so if you like honey, be sure to buy one as well.
