This was the 3rd time our family had used Emerald for a household move, and it was as easy for us as the other two! We wouldn't even consider moving with anyone other than Emerald. In this case, we needed to make arrangements in less than 2 weeks and they accommodated our needs with no problems or issues. They showed up early, were exceptional workers and they never stopped going until everything was all completed and furniture set up and placed just where we wanted it. It was a totally professional job from start to finish and, even though this was a high-rise move at both ends, they took even less time than had been originally planned. I don't hesitate to recommend them as #1 and certainly won't consider moving unless Emerald is available to do the job. Thanks especially to Joe -- you and your team are the best.
