Was given recommendation to build a deck but as we desired additional services including pouring of an underpad he readily agreed that he was more than capable of doing this. Unfortunately, he has no skill in doing things beyond the carpentry for the deck. His quality for the deck we had no substantial issues with although not superb. I would not allow him to do any additional services outside of carpentry.
