This company is a complete rip off. I paid $80 for the service call, which was fine. But then they said my leak was because the dishwasher was not installed properly, so I paid $260 to have it reinstalled. He said he tested it and left, but the first time my tenant used it it leaked again. It took him 20 minutes and had zero parts, so the total service call was less than 1 hour and cost me nearly $350 and did not fix anything. They told me they would not give me any money back, but sent the same technician who now said I needed parts for another $300 or so. So the entire job cost $800 and I could have bought a new dishwasher for this price. They are a terrible company. I think they rip people off, and their practices are dishonest.

I never write reviews but felt compelled. Rent-a-son was truly fantastic from the moment I contacted them to plan and get an estimate, to the move and follow up. We had 2 crews and both were fantastic - fast, courteous, very careful and helpful in every way. The 7 guys all had a fantastic attitude about everything, including waiting while we tried to find our locker, and for a fridge contractor to install the fridge. The great service also continued after the move as there was some damage to the moving dock. The company dealt directly with my condo staff and made arrangements to fix the damage and cover all costs. These guys were truly AMAZING and you cannot go wrong. Ask for Aslan to lead the crew, he was awesome.
