I met them at the Home Show and the information was so complete and easy to understand. I made an appointment and during the busy time of the show we scheduled a meeting. Mario arrived at my house, provided a detailed explanation of the services, the end result and took detailed measurements. Within a day I had a quote and they were very flexible on booking the time to do the project. They were also kind enough to supply me with oversize bags to clean up the fiberglass insulation that I had to remove. Prior to the foam application, Mario came by to inspect the framing to see if it was installed well enough to allow the foam to fit. Mario also helped arrange a drywall company to tape and drywall to complete the project. A great value of General Contractor proportions that I am very satisfied with. The BASF product has made a great impact and the professionalism of the company has made it a great experience. Keith and Mike did a fantastic job with the application and did a wonderful clean up job. A solid company, a solid product and solid people. You can't go wrong.

I researched a lot of companies to fix our leak and was quoted by 3 of them, on which Waterproof Masters. Of the other quotes, John offered the most information, the most options and a complete detail of their process of repair, the steps they take and the warranty. John seemed to care about the end result, our satisfaction and the quality of the job done. This level of concern was a major factor in my decision to hire him. His price was extremely reasonable for what had to be done. He went over and above to make sure we were happy with the intricacies of the job. When you search for a company to design and build your deck, you are buying the sales guy, and generally not the guy who builds your deck. In this case, even though they were different people, they shared the same attributes. Miro was an excellent salesman. He listened to our concerns, took our ideas and through multiple revisions had the same pleasing demeanor in trying to find a solution that made us happy. We were extremely impressed with his quality, patience and understanding. Steve was the builder, and through his professionalism, on the fly suggestions for minor modifications that would help the overall look and design of the deck, along with his humour, just about made him family. I would watch the effort Steve put into building the deck and could not imagine anyone more detail focused on every aspect of the job, and now could not imagine anyone else having built our deck. The quality and workmanship is impressive to me and we are very thrilled with the entire experience with Royal Decks. I’m confident our deck with outlast our house.
