I had to make a minor service request for my basement and Patrick took the time out of his very busy day to complete it. He was very professional and did not hesitate to get down and dirty to get the job done. As always, he was a pleasure to deal with and left me completely satisfied with his work. If I could give my PLANiT Builders experience a 15/10, I most definitely would. All thanks to my site supervisor, Patrick Card. He was always very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have never dealt with anyone so attentive to my needs. He even persuaded me to wall mount my TV to maximize the tight area that I had to work with. He never hesitated to meet with me to discuss and rectify my concerns. At the end of each meeting he made sure that I was extremely satisfied with the progress of the basement. I recently had my garage built by PLANiT Builders and I must say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, from start to finish. I would like to especially thank my site supervisor, Patrick Card for getting the job done ahead of schedule. He was very attentive, punctual, professional and definitely a pleasure to deal with. He even convinced my kids to have their handprints and names engraved into the concrete, which meant a lot to me. At the end of each meeting, he made sure I was one very happy and satisfied customer.
