The team of 3 arrive early to begin work. I was surprise how fast they removed the windows and started to install new windows brick to brick. They insulated, caulked and trimmed each window. I expected they would finish early, but installing the bay window took a little more time. The patio door was replaced with no problems. They cleaned up after by removing the debris and swept the floors. The team was very efficient and professional throughout the installation.

When our furnace broke down in January, we had to shop around for a new furnace. We checked out other companies, but found Todd of Button's Heating sincere in explaining the features of the furnace. He put you at ease about the product and the company, Button's Heating. Todd and the team came to install the furnace. They did an excellent job and made sure everything was done right. This included laying covering on the floor and cleaning up afterwards. The furnace has worked flawlessly.

The service call diagnose the problem right away. He was very helpful in answering our questions. The sales call was just as pleasant. They explained our options and the features of the various air conditioners. On the installation day, they arrived within the time range and got straight to work. They covered the floors so it won't get scratch or dirty. They were helpful in answering any question we had and explaining some of the functions of the air conditioner. They cleaned the area very thoroughly. In fact, it was cleaner than when they arrived. Overall, it was a smooth process to get the job done.
