Good experience with Protection Plus. Sales consultant was knowledgeable, installation was smooth, and monitoring has been good for the year and a half that we've been customers. Better experience overall than with previous vendors.

Great work by John and John from Protection Plus on the alarm installation, deadbolt installation, and lock rekeying. High quality work, and a genuine interest in ensuring that I understood the process and was satisfied with the results. Would definitely recommend.

Tom was able to accommodate an inspection request on very short notice (Friday evening for a Saturday afternoon inspection), which allowed us to quickly remove the 'inspection' condition on our offer. Even better, Tom was thorough in his work and patient with his explanations, and delivered a useful report shortly afterwards (which was definitely better than most that I've seen). Would definitely recommend.

We wanted to repaint a number of older exterior window frames (both aluminum and wood), to better match newer doors and eavestrough that we'd recently installed. Jason at Renaissance was easy to deal with while arranging the work, and Joe did a great job of painting the windows (and was very pleasant, as well).

Tony and his team installed a new exterior door sill and replace missing brickwork underneath, bricked in 3 holes (2 of which required removing an earlier DIY patch job), and parged part of the foundation. The work is impeccable, and the service was prompt and reasonably priced. I'd definitely recommend Straight Up Masonry to friends and family.

Brian and his team did a great job removing the construction debris from the demolition of a small addition. The garbage was quickly moved out of a tight spot (backyard of an old Toronto home with the only access through a detached garage off a laneway), and the team went above and beyond to finish the job (by renting a jackhammer to break up a set of poured concrete steps that were then removed).
