just recently got my basement sprayfoamed...too early to tell if it will make a difference in any bills, but so far am happy with the service...Andrew(the salesrep) was quick to respond to my intial inquiry regarding a quote, and took the time to answer any questions i had at the time...really happy with the installers (John and Chris).. they were really professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly....once they got here the process was really quick...they also cleaned everything up as if they weren't even there (with the exception of my new purple walls :) Donna(scheduler) was extremely helpful in trying to pinpoint when they would get to my house...and Cindy(billing) also went out of her way when i had an after the foam, question regarding spraying around my gas dryer ventpipe...she found people to answer my question and was not going to let me go until i had an answer...Thank you for this :)

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- if they are going to be late for an appointment, a simple phone call would be appreciated...nobody likes to be left waiting I know you get busy, but if a client calls and leaves a message, it would be nice if that call was returned still gave a 10 because the company more than made up for any minor issues i had...went out of their way to make sure i was happy with my results...you have some really great employees...i hope you treat them as such :)
