I called Vaillancourt Plumbing after reading other reviews on Homestars and upon doing so I was greeted by Paty who is truly dedicated to customer service. Wonderfully polite and courteous. I explained the issues I had with a leaky drain pipe and she accommodated my schedule which was a very specific date and time. Will most definitely call them again when I need a plumbing service. Mark and his team were wonderful to deal with. His attention to detail throughout the project was meticulous and he was on budget and on-time. He went over and above to make sure I was happy during the project. I will definitely be callling him again for my next reno. Great job guys!!.

I don't normally take the time to write a review, but in this instance I had to take a few moments to express my gratitude. After completing an exhausted search in finding the right deck builder for our backyard, I had the pleasure of coming across Royal Decks. From the moment I met Julian (our design consultant) I knew we found the right company to complete the job to my high standards. Julian had promptly and courteously answered all our questions throughout the deck build and responded to all of my many, many emails regarding design changes. Harley who actually built our deck is an extremely talented craftsman. I just can't say enough about his attention to detail, talent and skill-set. Extremely polite. Always kept the job sight as clean as possible and went out of his way to keep us happy when we asked for design tweaks. If you decide to go with Royal Decks, make sure you ask for Harley to build your deck. You won't regret it! Great job Royal Decks, my wife and I are couldn't be happier.

After extensively researching for a company to install my A/C I decided to go with Spring Home. Let me tell you from the moment I spoke to Cy till the job was completed by Tiger and Simon the experience was nothing short of excellence. Cy was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain the details and features of the A/C I was interested in and was more than willing to answer ALL my questions (which was quite extensive). The installation by Tiger and Simon was totally "worry free". I felt so comfortable with them and that I actually left them home alone while I had to run some errands for an hour. They took the time to explain how my A/C & humidifier worked and completed the job well into the evening hours until everything was just right!. I can't say enough about the professionalism by the team at Spring Home. Job well done!!!
