We had the most pleasant experience today with Stephanie the repair technician who showed up to fix our air conditioner. I was so pleased to open the door and see that she was female in a male dominated industry. Way to go Stephanie! She was fast, attentive, and respectful of us and our home. My first call to Atlas Car was about 8:00 a.m. and our air conditioner was already fixed by 9:30 a.m.. That's great emergency service! Hey Atlas Care - nice to see you making inroads in hiring more female technicians. Cindy Holloway

DO NOT BUY FROM STONEY CREEK FURNITURE. Our nightmare started with a salesperson, although seemingly very helpful, she was actually very ineffective in her dealings with me. I was told that two extra items were included in the set I ordered when in fact they were not. I had to make additional purchases. I was also then sold (twice) a piece of furniture that didn't even go with the set I purchased. The delivery men made a gash on the main wall of my daughter's room and instead of apologizing and trying to rectify the situation covered it up with furniture and left. When you call customer service, no one seems to know what is going on. I received so many calls from customer service and no one was ever aware of the previous calls and messages I had received. All they said when I brought up issues was a canned response, "We are sorry that you feel that way." Save yourself a ton of aggravation and shop anywhere else.

Today we were lucky enough to have Eric answer our call for service. He was extremely well mannered and polite, shaking my hand when he introduced himself and before he left our home. He was considerate about entering our home without making a mess of the floors, carpeting, etc. He took the time to show me what the problem was and to suggest further measures I could take. If only all service people were so personable, polite and considerate. Good Luck to Eric!
