Absolute awful customer service. They told us when they installed it that they could move the system when we moved out of our apartment. We bought a house ten miles away and they told us it was too far for the tech. to drive to move the system. Then they told us they needed proof we bought a house before they would shut off our service without charging us. Oh, and it was 50 dollars to have a tech come out and uninstall the system that they put in! So I am supposed to figure out how to get this crap off the wall now. Pick a company with customer service skills and integrity. It is worth few extra dollars a month to have the support of a decent system.
