Signed up with them before the season started, seemed like a great deal at the time...discussed my lawn "issues"...never had core aeration done on the lawn and weeds. Core aeration was to be done in mid April...then end of April...then May...then first two weeks in June...then I get a notification on the 25th of June that they would be coming the next day asking that I clear the lawn of any obstructions....instead of showing up I get a phone call telling me that they are unable to make it and I should be doing it in November anyways....the best part is that each time I had enquired on why they hadn't been showing up in April and May as they said they would I was told via email and over the phone that it had been escalated to Management each time. In terms of weed control, they show up on May 30th, right before a down pour to spray my lawn…I call to enquire and they send someone out again on the 8 of June again...4 hours before a down pour…I enquire again and they never come back. I get a call last week with some guy trying to sell me additional services claiming that this year is the worst year for grubs...in a nice way I suggest that they should worry more about completing the services they've committed to instead of trying to sell anyone anything else. Especially when they are incapable of providing the service I've already paid for. We are in the middle of summer and my last scheduled visit was at the end of May (2 month gap). I go to their website over the weekend and issue a complain asking that someone/management call me…instead of calling me…I find a paper indicating they've come by to spray today (August 2) with the following hand written message "I have blanket sprayed your lawn due to the amount of weeds"…and this is after I've already spent 4 hours over the weekend filling up a paper yard bag with monster weeds….and by the way…management has yet to call me. I paid $300 for lip service and a lawn that looks worse this year than it did last year…if you take my money…SHOW UP. At least my neighbours, family & friends won't have an issue with them…cause they know to go elsewhere. It also appears that they pick and chose who to respond to on this forum, while I understand Kyle is only one individual but with a 5.8 out of 10 average rating I would think they would hire someone full time to monitor and respond to this forum…I wish I did....BTW you should ignore the perfect 10's given to them...it's strange how they all seem to be submitted continuously in groupings from different locations on the exact same day...check out March 19, March 27, April 30, 2012, etc....see how many 10's you can count on Nov 25, 2011.
