WOW, thank you all for writing your reviews. I am going thru a horrible time with Dr Green. A technican has stained my brand new interlock walkway and has taken over 6 weeks for someone to come and "try" and clean it. I have refused to pay for the service until my walkway is done, and the lawn is in worse shape now than the start of the season. I hate this company, I hate the customer service. They are now trying to charge me for late payments, when NOTHING has been done to my weeds. I now have thistles, creeping charlie, Queen Anne's lace and other weeds that have never surfaced before. I am seriously thinking of legal matters now as they want to charge me an extra $25 for late payment when I told them I was holding back my payments until my walkway was fixed. My advice to anyone....PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. My lawn looks horrible.

Hi Vivian,
I have looked into your account and we have removed the late payment charge, this is an automatic charge that is applied to accounts when we have not recieved any payments for 60 days. I spoke with Suzy in regards to your conversation yesterday where some of your balance was adjusted. I can understand your frustrations in regards to removing the stains that are on your new patio and stairs. I will ensure that this gets completed ASAP. In addition to that, I will ensure that we get a service call set up with one of our senior managers to help figure out a game plan to get your lawn looking the way that we both would like.
