I used this company for a long time with ok, though not great service. But I've just fired them. The work was always just ok, and there were some big problems. For example, I found out months after a new cleaner started cleaning my house that she didn't know how to use a mop (not a fancy mop - a $15 sponge mop), so instead of telling me that and trying to find out how to use it, she just put the dry hardwood floor duster wet under the sink and wiped the floor with that. I had to send video instructions from youtube before she actually started using my mop. The last straw was in combination - last time the cleaner didn't clean my kitchen or mop my main floor floor, and this time my main bathroom wasn't cleaned. I wouldn't recommend this company.

All our staff are trained on the tools and products we carry and understand how to use common supplies provided by our clients. At times, our staff are not able to find the appropriate supplies to complete a task and will use a similar or comparable tool to get the job done. This is a fundamental aspect of the job and we encourage our staff to ask questions and communicate with our office if there are any tools or products they are unfamiliar with.
As there has been a time constraint with your service, our staff have focused on completing priority areas as best they can within the time provided. We look to set realistic expectations for our clients and encourage providing priorities should the time be limited, as we otherwise cannot guarantee our 59 point checklist will be completed in it's entirety.
