we decided to redo all of the carpet in our basement when we purchased our new home. we had priced out a ton of options and had heard of the good prices at carpet superstore. We went in and checked it out, and liked that it wasn't full of pushy sales people. The samples are cut right from the roll, it's a warehouse setting with no frills. Because of the amount we were looking to purchase, they gave us an automatic discount on the retail price. The sales guy was very knowledgable and talked us through our options. He also knew our carpet layer and gave great reviews, which was reassuring. And he was right, no complaints with the install. This place had good prices and was very accommodating.

we had our ducts cleaned when we first purchased our home. It is an older home, sothis was one of our first priorities. The tech showed up right on time and the entire job took a total of about three hours. He was super nice and knowledgable. With this service, they also inspected our furnace, which is also older. The tech said everything looked good but suggested a few things to increase our efficiency and showed us some ideas for when we were ready for a new furnace, which is what we were expecting.
