A cable broke on my garage door late today (a Sunday), with my car inside the garage. Most garage door repair companies do not offer an emergency service on Sundays, but after I made my call to The Door Master, technician Simon was at my home an hour and a half later. Within 20 minutes he had replace both cables, and checked and lubricated both garage doors to prevent further problems. The price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend using this company again - the technician was efficient, respectful and very personable. Great job - stress alleviated!

After a recent rash of break-ins in the area, we decided to install surveillance cameras. Michael came to visit and very wisely suggested a few upgrades that could also be made to our outdated alarm system. The icing on the cake was that he was able to save us $120/year on 24 hour monitoring as well. The job was well priced (especially considering the amount of work that had to be done) and the team courteous and efficient. Even a small hiccup a few days later with viewing the cameras remotely on my cell was handled efficiently over the phone. Well done, and highly recommended - and we are very particular consumers!

I've personally contracted AtlasCare to maintain my heating and air conditioning systems for many years, and have recommended them to others as well. Recently my 84 year old Mother had to replace her hot water tank, and we worked with Ron to determine the best course of action for her. Because the building code had changed since the original installation, a replacement gas heater would have required extensive piping work and necessitated tearing out of part of the ceiling in her finished basement. In the end, an electric unit was installed and the work was done on time, quickly and efficiently. The installers cleaned up beautifully afterwards, and Mom is very happy with her new, larger, much quieter water heater!

The company representatives were very helpful in both the planning process, and the final execution. The tradespeople cleaned up the site afterwards, and all were very courteous.
