They installed the furnace in my home about two years ago and 6 repairs later it still doesn't work as well as I would like. Every service call they send out someone new and they make the same repairs that only temporally fix the problem and we are stuck with a broken furnace that was installed wrong in the first place. The billing department doesn't know what they are doing and they cancel appointments without calling. If it wasn't for the fact that I still hold a warranty with them I would never deal with them again.

It is nice to find a small town store that still has open stock screws an nails. We were one screw short on a bed frame we put together and they had just what we needed.

Al was called out to fix our ceiling after a leek. He was the original drywaller who did our home and the work was contracted by our builder under home warantee. The first time he came out he didn't call and we missed him. The next time he came out he was friendly and he did put down lots of plastic so he wouldn't make a mess. Those are the only good things i can say about him. The repairs were terrible and because he didn't give enough time for the putty to dry he couldn't sand and now there is a bow in the spot he "repaired". We tried to have him come back but he refused. I would never use him again.
