My grandma's furnace died while she was on vacation, most companies couldn't come for weeks(how can you leave a house frozen in November for weeks) Fire N Ice reserves Monday's for emergencies. They came out Monday am, measured and installed the furnace that same day. They didn't get all the duct work done(old house, had to be made to code) but came back later to finish. They also installed a new water tank for her. At first they wanted to rip up the carpet to dump the water tank over the drain, but we asked them to empty it in the shower instead which they did..They DID leave quite a mess in the shower and didn't want to put back up her ceiling tiles(she's 82 and they expected HER to do it??) but after some talking to, they did it. We cleaned up and then were pleasantly surprised when the bill was several K less then expected(just under 5,000 for new furnace, water tank, installation and all new duct work, including the fresh air intake) the few messes wouldn't deter me from recommending them again!

Aaron is about the best around, courteous. tidy and on time! He wired our new basement, was SO neat and tidy(swept after himself) and even had the screws all facing the same directions! The wires he ran through the ceiling didn't criss cross like a maze(like the builder did) but were straight and combined where possible. We also got him in when my grandma's furnace died, he came as quickly as he could and was actually more informed on her furnace then ATCO...he's the one who finally "diagnosed" the problem . TOTALLY A+ and would trust him in a heartbeat

we have taken our rainbow vac in to dominion several times, the first time he cleaned the motor and refused to charge us, the second time he re wired the cord and I believe it was about 20 dollars he's also been able to order bits and pieces that we've needed for our vacuum he is honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend him.

Fantastic. Professional and prompt are all words to describe arcand construction, they built both our fence gate and deck. It is beautiful and the best job in the neighbourbood we have already referred them to many friends some of which have hired him and also been completely satisfied,
