BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They don't do a good job at all. I paid $500 at the beginning of the year for premium lawn care service - ha ya right. They have no clue. I will never use this company again. At the beginning of the year I had to call and call and call and call them to come out and start the lawn care and when they finally called me back after many attempts to speak with someone they came to my house and fertilized, then the next week came and put grass over-seed down? The grass seed didn't work at all. I'm guessing it was burnt from the fertilizer application... I don't know.. so I paid them to make my lawn nice, and it's far from that. My lawn looked the best last year when I simply did it myself. My lawn has weeds - they were supposed to take care of them and haven't. When I called them to ask for a re-spray the lady on the phone told me that I get up to 8 sprays per season, but good look booking them. They never call back. They've been out twice to spray for weeds and the sprayer is here for 10 minutes and leaves - my weeds are still here. I call their customer support, and they tell me that they'll have the next person call back and three days later no call - they just keep doing more of the same. This is the normal with this company. I'm always chasing them, and they have no clue about customer satisfaction. It's like they're too busy to care and do a good job - this has made me very frustrated and mad. ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS - i thought i was hiring them to save me time and all I've done is spent hours chasing them with no resolution to my concerns. I'm going to blog everywhere about this company - people should know what they are getting into. They won't give your money back either. Your better off just doing the work yourself. I'm done with them. They took my money and I'm going to make sure I get mine by telling everyone how horrible they are. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
