We are very satisfied with all aspects of this project -- sales, project management, construction, inspection and completion. All aspects of the project were well documented and explained. The contract was complete and easy to understand. The contract manager took charge of the project from the start and kept us well informed regarding any issues and updated in terms of key milestones such as cement pad completion, framing and completion. The project manager met all deadlines and kept all appointments. He also dealt with neighbours to ensure that everyone was informed and satisfied in terms of workmanship.
