Whow!! Whow!! Whow!! Those were the words when I saw when Seth had completed my ease troughs. Thinking this is a typical company that comes in, does the job in record time and leaves. Wrong. What made Clearskies different? 1) Initially when I contacted them by email - I heard immediately from them. Other companies took 1-2 days to reply. Not Clearskies. They were in constant contact with me via email. And their website is so helpful - I already had a ballpark figure of what the job would cost. 2) They knew that I had dogs and when they arrived - they had a treat for my dogs. They took the time to visit with the dogs and chat about what they were going to do. Not rushing like other people. And most importantly, they always kept the gates closed so the dogs would not get out. 3) They took before and after pictures of my ease troughs. You just assume that someone is going to do the job well but of course I would never be able to climb the ladder up there to take a look. 4) They took their time doing the job. I assumed it would take them 1/2 hour or so. I know my ease troughs were bad (obviously the previous company did not do a thorough job) but they weren't rushing off to the next job. They took the time to complete a super job and cleaned up after. 5) They are extremely sociable and took the time after the job to explain everything and show me the pictures. They definitely restored my faith in honest companies and they are definitely "keepers". On a 1-10 scale - they are definitely a 15!!!!!! Shirl
