This was our first experience underpinning and working on a major reno. Jamie and his crew were fantastic: a realistic quote up front with detailed line items and milestone payments, was easy to figure out a schedule that worked for our contractor, and best of all Jamie's experience helped us uncover additional complexities when we were considering roughing in a laneway suite. He graciously put his crew on standby at our request, mid-way through our project, while we worked out some permit and design kinks. Once we were ready, Rock Bottom came back without delay. We passed inspection, our contractor was pleased with them, and their billing was true to their quote. I would recommend the Rock Bottom team!

Moving from a townhouse with many levels and stairs, to a ReStore donation drop, then to a storage facility. Igor and his team were expedient and courteous! Fast email/phone communication and pricing transparency made booking a breeze. Even with many stairs, they were always cautious with my items. They packed the truck thoughtfully based on the drop off order. They were even considerate of the furniture going for donation, and working with ReStore volunteers to move items to the appropriate location. Would recommend!

Found Rado via HomeStars and compared him against a few other high-rated businesses. As we had several locks to work on, Rado was the only one who clearly outlined the various cost line items, and was transparent with after-hour fees vs. daytime. His pricing is comparable to others, but his service is top notch! Easy to communicate and book with -- entirely over email -- and very punctual! I had mis-communicated one of the locks and even though he brought (and opened) a new part, he didn't end up charging for it. Accepts assortment of payments and provides receipt. Very respectful of indoor spaces (masked the entire time, even outdoors) and kept everything tidy and clean. Highly recommend Rado!
