Flooring of two entire 3 bedroom apartments and living room dining room in my private home

I have not received this service since the 1960's where customers were important. My first time dealing with the company, I purchased flooring for 2 of my rental apts about 10 months ago and had 6 boxes left over that I did not know what to do with. I did not want to return it because of the re-stocking charge. Well I went back anyways and mentionned my problem and to my surprise they actually took care of me. Not only exchanging my product but meeting the price when I purchased flooring for my private home.
