Absolutely thrilled from start to finish. From the sales guy Max, to the manager Jimmy and the amazing technician Hans who did the installation. I have had prior experience of dealing with a bunch of HVAC firms and none, I repeat none of them even come close to the full service quality I received from Eco Star. To begin with they gave me a very competitive price for a new high efficiency furnace and AC. Mind you they may not be very cheap, but they are very very competitive. The icing on the cake was their finance rate. I was given an awesome deal through a finance company they work with. While I was talking to them with the possibility of fixing an installation date my AC broke down in the middle of the sweltering summer. I spoke to 3-4 other guys in the market and all of them said they do not have stock of the brand of AC I was looking for. Jimmy not only had the brand and the model I wanted but he also ensured I got this installed in a day (makes me think they must have special connection with the OEM and authorized distributors). He sent me a very highly knowledgeable , professional and polite technician called Hans who completed the job in a jiffy. Hans presented his HVAC license upon request and I got an opportunity to see how he set up the whole installation. He was so thorough and skillful. In the end he installed the Nest thermostat, helped my device connect to it and educated me inside out about all the installed equipment. I could have never imagined things to go so smooth neither would I have imagined myself writing this long a review just a day earlier. In all honesty these guys deserve it. Just got a call from Jimmy and he was asking me about my experience and if I am satisfied. Full cycle customer experience excellence and they they have raised the bar for others in the market. Only the bar is very stiff for most to catch up with. 5 stars all the way Eco Star team!

Diya, the owner of the firm worked with me to get me a time that fit my busy schedule. His people were dot on time at my doors. Yusuf and Firas arrived and explained everything in layman language and got started. They did a thorough job, were very respectful and friendly and the best part was when Yusuf started looking at the existing set up in my home and advised of ways I could optimize the air-flow across the house. I not only received great service at a competitive price but also learnt a great deal to take care of some of the connected devices and component.
