My 12-years old A/C stop blowing cold air, and I called around late night looking for help. Air Flow was able to get someone onsite the soonest and was the most reasonable for the diagnostic charges (amoung the Lennox NATE-certified dealers I called). The technician was on-time, very methododical and professional. The coil was frozen, but instead of trying to sell me a new coil (like what happened to a friend of mine), he identified clogged drain and low Freon as the cause, and fixed it for the material (Freon refill) and a few dollars for the labour. He also took the time to demonstrate and explain how I could unclog the drain next time and a list of things to check for should I run into issues again. He pointed out that my A/C is undersized for the house (which I knew when I bought the house), but was not pushy to get me to buy a new one. I have had a few technicians doing Heating and Cooling repair in my house before and these guys are by far the best. I will call on these guy should I have a need for their services in the future. Think I just found my Heating and Cooling contractor. :-)
