Will is a very engaged property manager. We have assessed the house for its immediate, mid term and long term needs and he is taking great interest by staying on top of things. Finished an outside paint job and deck repair this spring. Always lots of small ad-hoc items on the go. Will takes care of lots of it himself (and/or team) or facilitates specialists. He ensures things get done well. Good quality. Issues get resolved. Very clean, both during and after completion of the job. Believe pricing is competitive, but I don't have much comparison ;-) Pretty much no hassle - highly recommended
