I found Green Planet Electric on Homestars. While I had contacted other companies, I was very impressed with Mark on the phone. He is the owner, operator and electrician. He personally answered the phone and spoke with me. He allowed me time to explain what the issue was and was not in a rush to get me off the phone answering all questions I had. He was able to fit me in to a very busy schedule on the same day without charging a premium. He was very reasonably priced. He showed up when he said he would, was personable and diligent. While the issue was not immediately evident, he took his time and ultimately was able to determine the source of the problem. I would highly recommend Mark and Green Planet Electric and would not hesitate to call him again should I require the services of an electrician. Thanks Mark

I received an estimate for a motor blower to be repaired in my furnace. The original cost quoted by another "reputable" company was 1100.00 with a 2 day wait time before someone was able to come out for the repair. When I called for an estimate from Home Savings, I spoke with Tamim. I was told that parts and installation would be 350.00 plus HST. He was able to give me this quote over the phone without demanding a service call be made for an additional fee (as many companies do). To be honest, I was somewhat skeptical about the price given the significant price difference, but Tamim was able to contact me back with the named manufacturer of the part, He was diligent in answering all questions I had without hesitation. Within an hour of our phone call, someone was out to my home and the part was installed. Everything is now working perfectly. In addition, within a day or two after installation, I received a follow-up call about the service. I was exceptionally impressed by this company and would recommend it to anybody. Thanks so much.
