purchased a new discontinued model dishwasher, on sale in early March. one week later picked it up and installed it. unit worked for short period of time and stopped. called sears service and arranged to have service man come to house on a wednesday. took the day off work and waited all day long with no show. late in the day called sears service and was told that they had problems with their service people and would reschedule for saturday - almost two weeks after I purchased the unit and they had my money. sertvice man came as rescheduled but could not repair unit and has to order parts. now am waiting one more week until parts arrive. waiting until saturday to see if they honor their commitment and the new machine is fixed.

AFTER SEEING KITCHEN LAND'S AD IN A LOCAL NEWSPAPER, WE APPROCAHED ALEX, THEOWNER FOR A QUOTATION. NOT ONLY WAS KITCHEN LAND VERY REASONABLY PRICED, BUT ALEX WENT OUT OF HISD WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT WE PURCHASED THE RIGHT CABINETS FOR THE RESTRICTED SIZE OF KITCHEN THAT WE HAVE. INSTALLATION WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT BY EXPERIENCED WORKERS. WE ARE REALLY PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT AND HAVE GHAD MANY VERY FAVOURABLE COMMENTS ABOUT IT. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED AT LEAST THREE FRIENDS, TWO OF WHOM HAVE GONE AHEAD WITH KITCHEN LAND INSTALLATIONS AND ARE EQUALLY PLEASED.
