We had a new Lennox furnace installed in our home on June 11th.2012. The whole experience was very good indeed. The salesperson was very thorough and detailed in his explanation of our system. The installers, Brant and Graham,were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They worked very efficiently and without any disturbance to us, and left the area neat and clean. After the installation, Brant thoroughly explained the working of the system, and all other paper work involved.. Overall,we are very satisfied with the installers,our new furnace,and Arpi's.
