Joe provided a fair and accurate quote and was willing to answer all my questions. Josh arrived on time and was professional and polite. He was able to easily maneuver the equipment within the condo building and reach several constricted spaces within our unit. He cleaned every duct (kitchen/dryer/bath) thoroughly as well as each fan unit and the air exchange vents. He quickly and carefully dealt with the challenging condo windows to inspect his work from the exterior. Upon completion of the job the equipment was removed with care and minor debris was cleaned. It was instantly obvious how much better the air flow is throughout our unit. The dryer is now quiet! I am happy to know my home is free of dust, mold, and flammable lint. CC..Thanks for the awesome review! We enjoy a change of pace once and awhile from standard homes. Condos are a excellent way to do so. From the parking to the dealing with security to all other fun things downtown has to offer..LOL But seriously, the final result of our cleanings are very dramatic over a normal home in a condo.Even just cleaning a dryer vent will change the entire air quality within a condo unit,reduced humidity,less dust,no strange smells. Couple that with bathroom exhaust , HVAC coil unit cleaning and kitchen exhaust.. Makes a HUGE difference! I hope our cleaning has achieved this effect for you...Thank u for your business Joe
