NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! My dishwasher was leaking so I called a technician to fix it. He spent 15 minutes looking at the dishwasher and then told me that he found a leak and sealed something there. He tested the dishwasher after that and said that it is working fine. When I started the dishwasher the next day it was still leaking. The guy charged us $300 for the service. When I called the customer service, they told me that the technician wrote in his report that we might need to replace the pump motor. They said it would cost $525 to replace it. When I asked what I paid my $300 for, they said it was for the technician's labour. There was no labour as he didn't fix anything. Anyhow, these people are dishonest and treat their customers like garbage. I regret not reading the reviews prior to giving my business to this company. I would never recommend them to anyone!
