Recently took possession of a condo and needed some custom window treatments. We were so happy with our first experience (roller blinds in a large living room window), we went back to Budget Blinds of South East Toronto immediately for a second window (blackout cellular shades in our master bedroom). TJ and team were amazing from initial inquiry and quote through to installation. During Covid, communication and staying safe are key, and TJ always understood what we were looking for and provided us with the right information. And best of all, TJ both kept our expectations realistic on supplier timelines given the pandemic and was sure to update us about any changes (usually for the better!). And Jaime! Can't say enough about Jaime's respectfulness and meticulousness when coming into our home to take measurements and install both the blinds and cellular shades. Best experience by far with a company while getting settled in our new place during COVID; we are 100% going back to Budget Blinds whenever we need more window treatments.

We found Rado on Homestars and we are yet another pair of incredibly satisfied customers. We needed one lock rekeyed at our new place and two finicky deadbolts to be looked at. Since this was not an emergecny, we called Rado to find out when he'd be available; he showed up with 1.5hrs. While at our place, he did all the work super quickly yet competently and with a clear sense of pride in his workmanship. One door in particular required more than your typical grinding/filing to fix the deadbolt, and Rado did not balk at that whatsoever. He even took the time and care to adjust door closer so that it actually worked properly. But you really know that Rado cares about his work when you ask him questions—he explains things thoroughly and he clearly loves what he does. Perhaps most importantly in 2020, Rado wore a mask at all times and practiced physical distancing with us. I cannot recommend Rado enough: if you need a locksmith, don't look any further.
