Kevin is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain exactly what he is looking at and why he is looking at it. Very patient, efficient and easy to reach. Kevin has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He did the inspection patiently and answered all our questions in detail. We are new home buyers and it was a great experience to learn things about our house from Kevin. He took his time to inspect everything, took his time to make us understand how to take care of the house. I would highly Recommend!!!
