This is our third time using Brock Windows & now have replaced all windows including installation of a bay window. Our salesperson Brian, was knowledgeable, courteous, and responded in professional & timely manner. We called several companies, including the "big name" who originally installed the eavestrough, to come & repair a small section. Minimum billing was ridiculous in price & even after agreeing, no one showed up or returned my calls. Called VCS Aluminum & within 24 hours on site, work completed and had additional work done - leaf gutter guard! Highly recommend. Vitaly is an honest person & a pleasure to deal with!
