Didn't have a budget to begin with, yet Enzo the salesman offered a price that we thought was good. Had it done this past October and in spring when the weeds growing through the asphalt on at least 5 spots, got pictures to prove it too, the neighbor who called them up (they initialed the paving deal) and they said they would be in the area in May. Call the company back on the 21st of June spoke to Ryan and he said will pass the message to a supervisor named Sam. Today, on the 23rd of June, they told us that the government has change the rule on the thickness of the asphalt and they cannot help against the nature (weeds growing through on new asphalt) AND the fact the asphalt is sinking starting in Spring (we have a Chevy truck parking there), the guy said, "you should not make a turn while you drive on this driveway..." Filled the holes where the weeds grow and left after that. I am just writing what happened and let you the future customer decide what you should do. I have prove to back it up. ps: It wasn't our fault that Enzo gave us cheaper price to close the deal an later on the supervisor (sort of) found out they made a mistake on pricing it.

They did come to fix the problem, but it is virtually impossible to know what is under the asphalt unitil you remove it, especially when you are just replacing ashphalt. I believe the contract stated remove &replace with regrade, if a full escavation of subgrades is required of course it will be more money that would be more dumping fees and time because it then becomes an escavation problem
