Very frustrated! I ordered my items online for click and collect. Pick up time was for 8pm, I live an hour away. Once I received the order I noticed three items were missing. I asked the customer service person what had happened he said, “ohh we sent you an email”. I understand it’s not directly his fault. I received this email 30 minutes before the pickup time, after being charged full price for the order! This is simply unacceptable and dishonest business practice. They said I’ll be receiving a refund “soon”. As a customer I’m at no fault and do not appreciate the lack of transparency. Businesses cannot charge their customers for items they did not receive, simple as that. It is theft.
