I called many plumbers today to try to get someone to come fix the frozen pipe. None of the others had any availability because it was a busy day for plumbers. Valentin called me back and was able to come right away. He was efficient and helpful and solved the problem in less than a half hour.

I bought a Groupon and got the cleaning and inspection. The man showed up at 12noon when my appointment window was 8am-12pm. I did not appreciate that, since then I had to hurry and couldn't have a proper consultation because I had to leave for work. A woman from the office called and wanted to write my review for Homestars for me!! Very shady, if you ask me. Of course, the man found $225 worth of repairs on my eavestrough and $600 repairs for my roof. I don't trust them.
